7-Day athlete Weight Cut

Designed for combat athletes. This program walks you through sodium manipulation, glycogen depletion, and rehydration strategies to hit your target weight safely without compromising strength or endurance.

Progress: 0 / 7 Days0%

Day 1: Sodium Loading Phase

Initiate water flushing by loading high-quality sodium and clean water.

LEARN: Himalayan Pink Salt
LEARN: Raw Coconut Water
PRACTICE: Consume 4 liters of water with 1/2 tsp of pink salt to saturate cellular hydration.

Day 2: High Protein / Low Carb Intake

Begin depletion of glycogen reserves while protecting muscle mass.

LEARN: Whey Protein Isolate
LEARN: Pasture-Raised Eggs
PRACTICE: Keep carbs under 50g. Focus on protein isolate and egg whites to trigger muscle protein synthesis.

Day 3: Digestive Comfort & Fiber Reduction

Soothe the gut and reduce residual digestive weight by focusing on low-residue foods.

LEARN: Fresh Ginger Root
LEARN: Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother)
PRACTICE: Drink warm ginger tea pre-meals. Eat low-fiber proteins to clear gut weight.

Day 4: Metabolic Support & Calm CNS

Manage stress hormones as calorie deficit peaks. Prepare for the scale.

LEARN: Ashwagandha (KSM-66)
LEARN: Raw Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
PRACTICE: Take Ashwagandha in the evening to suppress cortisol spikes and protect sleep.

Day 5: Active Dehydration & Salt Cut

Cut sodium intake to zero to trigger high urine excretion. Cut fluid intake.

LEARN: Organic Spinach
PRACTICE: Eliminate all pink salt and salted foods. Limit fluid intake to 1 liter of distilled water.

Day 6: Weigh-in & Initial Rehydration

After the scale, initiate the critical 2-stage cellular rehydration process.

LEARN: Raw Coconut Water
LEARN: Himalayan Pink Salt
PRACTICE: Drink 1 liter of coconut water with 1/4 tsp of pink salt within the first hour post weigh-in.

Day 7: Glycogen Replenishment & Refeed

Refill your depleted muscle glycogen stores with easily digestible complex carbs.

LEARN: Sweet Potatoes
LEARN: Sprouted Oatmeal
PRACTICE: Consume 100g of clean carbs (roasted sweet potato/oats) every 2 hours until saturated.
