Leucine Threshold

Physiology

The minimum leucine dose (approximately 2.5–3 g per meal) required to maximally stimulate the mTOR pathway and initiate skeletal muscle protein synthesis.

Whey Protein Isolate

A rapidly digesting, highly bioavailable protein source derived from milk. Whey isolate undergoes advanced filtration to remove almost all lactose and fat, yielding a 90%+ pure protein content rich in Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), particularly Leucine, which triggers Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS) via the mTOR pathway.
