Amino Acids

Macronutrients

The organic building blocks of proteins. Nine of these are "essential" and must be obtained from food (e.g., pasture-raised eggs, wild salmon) because the body cannot synthesize them.

Whey Protein Isolate

A rapidly digesting, highly bioavailable protein source derived from milk. Whey isolate undergoes advanced filtration to remove almost all lactose and fat, yielding a 90%+ pure protein content rich in Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), particularly Leucine, which triggers Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS) via the mTOR pathway.
